Made with only Ontario grown garlic (that’s our garlic!), Minced Garlic takes a whopping 5 months to ferment.

When finished, it has a flavour that is sweet and savoury like roasted garlic with a touch of raw pungency, and can be used as a condiment or an ingredient in your favourite recipes.
