Made from garlic we grow on our farm, Black Garlic Finishing Salt is tangy with hints of balsamic, has a mild sweetness that resembles rich molasses, and the complexity & umami notes of soy sauce.

Sprinkled on top of a finished dish, it brings out rich earthy flavours and adds a bit of a kick. The sweet notes that you get from the caramelized garlic adds depth and brings out richer flavours.
